We do an initial property inspection and provide you with a projection of the rental income you could expect to make. We also let you know what items are required to get your property into a ‘guest ready’ state. Once complete, we will style each space and arrange photography, inventory and key handover.

We advertise on major booking platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Vacation Rentals and TWO KEENS direct booking site. We're also active on social media to turn lookers into bookers!

We don’t guess – we use technology and apply a rate strategy to your property. Our strategy is based on past booking performance and a live, day to day analysis of other listings in your neighbourhood. Our goal is to achieve excellent occupancy for your home, with good earnings in your pocket.

We are available to assist with guest messages or emergencies, respond to inquiries as well as arranging services for guests (additional cleans, baby sitters, tours etc.)

Our team facilitates a smooth arrival experience to ensure that guests feel welcome, understand all the features of the property and house rules and provide advice on activities, restaurants and tours in the area. Where possible, we provide contactless check-in for guests which is safer and also less invasive on their privacy.

You will be assigned a property manager who is responsible for coordinating cleaning, maintenance and maximizing booking performance.

Our supervised cleaning teams utilize a checklist that ensures a consistent quality and service. On completion of the clean, our office is notified through our property management system so that we can monitor performance.

We assist you upfront to stock up your property’s inventory of hotel quality linen, amenities and good quality cleaning chemicals for guests to feel at home in your home.

We provide you with access to an Owner Portal via our website to view your property occupancy and earnings and a statement of expenses and revenue each month.
